About Live Wire Harnesses

Live Wire Harnesses is located in North Bay, ON, Canada (approximately 3hrs north of Toronto on Hwy 11). Our facility has approximately 2,500 square feet of production space. Our current focus is on low to medium volume projects so we can perfect our processes from sales, to engineering support, to production, to after sales support. In an effort to stay competitive with other harness manufacturers we incorporate some of the best equipment for processing materials and assembling your products. The majority of our equipment has been acquired from manufacturers like Komax, Tyco and Schleuniger.

Live Wire Harnesses offers a broad range of services to accompany our main production support. These services include engineering assistance, component kitting for field maintenance and a product stocking plan for customers with defined material schedules.

Live Wire Harnesses makes use of lean manufacturing concepts to ensure that we are flexible to our customers needs. Whether you need prototypes, pilot runs or full production runs, Live Wire Harnesses can handle it. Our processing capabilities range from simple single conductor leads (from 28ga to 4/0ga) to complex multifunctional harnesses, to modular assemblies (including control panels), to various types of RF cables.
